PayPal Ebay transactions

Hi 

I'm having trouble paying through PayPal on EBay this morning and wondered if anyone else was having this problem?

I'm refreshing, logging out and back in, reopening the browser, but upon entering my PayPal password the window just freezes and won't load then says "we had a problem checking you out, please try again".

Any advice is much appreciated.

 I am also getting the constantly refreshing and revolving working circle in paypal when I try to check out, for a UK Based seller , I am UK based using UK Paypal....

Seems its not just me, as I have also tried another two items and still the same,

Very strange especially when EBay have a 10% discount on today!

same problem for me, even tried to use credit card route (which is also processed by paypal) and that got referred. 

Seems too much of a coincidence to happen same day as ebay discount day!!
