PayPal Buttons page does not load. Just blank page

I am trying to access my PayPal buttons page. But it is blank! Where have my button templates gone? Is there a fix?

I have tried to reproduce and could able to access the PayPal buttons page without any issues. 

Can you please clearing your web browser cache/cookies and follow the below steps via your PayPal Business account.

Login PayPal.com >> click on "settings icon" >> go to "Account settings" >> Website payments >> PayPal buttons >> select button type >> fill in required details >> use the HTML code on your website.

(Or)

Login PayPal.com >> go to direct link "https://www.paypal.com/buttons/" >> follow the above steps.

Note : "View your saved buttons" 

Login PayPal.com >> click on "settings icon" >> go to "Account settings" >> Website payments >>  PayPal buttons >> click "View your saved buttons"

HI Sorry none of your suggestions work. I have even downloaded a new browser (BRAVE) and tried from that browser. No joy. These must be something wrong here. Works one day then not the next. I have attached a screen shot of what appears when I click the PayPal Buttons link, or the links you suggest.

I would attach a screen shot of the page I see, but cannot find how to attach it. Sorry
