Pay with Debit or Credit Card not showing.

Please I cannot find the below in my account:

"PayPal Account Optional" I will need this feature to turn on the "accept credit or debit card payments" The guest checkout feature.

I just upgraded from personal to business account because of this option and the Credit or Debit Card Payment option is not showing on my Ecommerce store.

Please help resolve.

I have the same issue - was told that it is a problem with Wix - raised the issue with Wix - waiting to hear back.
