Hi! I live in Romania and I have an USD bank account. That bank account has a Romanian IBAN. I successfully linked it to my PayPal account, but I can't use it to pay online in USD. PayPal doesn't let me to select it as my preferred way to pay. I can only select my debit card (which is linked to another bank account) or my PayPal balance (which is $0).
I really want to use that USD bank account to pay online in USD, to avoid currency conversion rates. Unfortunately I don't have any credit/debit card linked to that USD bank account. Is there any way I can use it for payments?
Thank you,
Alex D.
