PDT ISSUE

We  used pdt. 

I am using  Payment Data Transfer. 

from 2021-02-10 , We Receive  no custom parameter  result intermittently .  

PayPal notifying me via PDT was successed. 

I logged payment infomation by returnurl.

custom parameter was empty , that transaction has custom field.

I am having the same issue for a newly created Merchant Account.  We have PDT enabled and I have double checked the account setup, which is all correct. However, on a purchase in our production testing, the user is charged, the transaction goes through, but the return url does not include the "cm" parameter that is necessary to notify the client site that the purchase was successful.   Please advise.
