I bought an item on Ebay and for security used the PayPal account linked to my debit card. The payment was for a small amount and I have enough money in my account. I can see the money has come out of my bank account, but in paypal the payment is still pending. It has been like this for over 1 week. I have contacted the seller who says they haven't received payment. I've asked paypal why the payment is pending and their response was that the seller needs to claim the money. I've informed the seller, but she says shes never had to do this. How do I resolve the issue? I'm worried the seller will cancel the deal as she has been waiting for the payment. I dont want to pay again, as I've already paid.
