Orders stuck On Hold - domain mismatch

How do I fix this error?

I am using WooCommerce in WordPress. Orders are On Hold and note says: Validation error: PayPal IPN response from a different email address.

 

I have now changed the Primary email address in the PayPal account to one using the same domain as the shop site. And I changed the PayPal Email in WooCommerce settings for PayPal Standard payments, but I can see that the API credentials in the PayPal site still have the wrong domain name.
