Will my online purchases withdrawal from my PayPal account before it withdrawals from my bank account?

If you did not choose a preferred payment method then I believe the payment method used will be in the following order, if applicable:

1. Preferred payment method

2. PayPal Account Balance

3. Bank account (instant transfer)

4. PayPal Credit

5. PayPal co-branded debit card

6. PayPal co-branded credit card

7. Debit card

8. Credit card

9. E-check.
