No refund, haven't received my order

I ordered an item off of a Facebook ad via Paypal back on April 27th I have not received my order I was told by PayPal that I was protected by dishonest sellers PayPal took the money out of my account to pay the seller now PayPal says they cannot help me and it's up to my bank. My bank really has nothing to do with this transaction if I don't hear from PayPal today I will have no choice but to contact my local Senator and report them as a scam

Unfortunately, we don't have account level access to issue any refund.

 

I request to please refer the detailed guide link to file a dispute.

 

Open a dispute in the Resolution Center to get the process started.
