No debit/credit card button on mobile device ???

Hi everyone,

I've implemented PayPal on my website to sell products and I'm facing a very strange issue.

On a PC browser, people can choose to pay with a PayPal account or with a debit/credit card :

On a PC 

But from a smartphone (especially an iPhone here), there is no option to pay with a debit/credit card !

I'm still stuck, the PayPal support hasn't been very helpful so far. 

PayPal-support.com closed my ticket with the following comment (for information I'm in France but I have buyers from many countries) :
"Guest checkout with credit card is considered higher risk in certain countries and especially from mobile devices. Unfortunately, this experience is expected for your country and not a technical issue. Since this is not a technical issue, I will close your ticket. If you have further questions about your account, please contact Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page. I have notated your account of my findings to assist the support specialist if you do"
