No Taxes applied at the checkout

We are integrating with Docebo - elearning platform. Here is the information regarding how integration is setup:

 We completed all steps required in the instructions:

   - registered at Paypal as Paypal Payments Standard

   - setup Docebo as required

We setup Canadian taxes for all provinces, as required: 

    https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/admin/checkout-settings/#auto-calculate-sales-tax

   - Taxes are not added at the checkout.

   - PayNow button  from Docebo site is redirecting to express  checkout Paypal URL.

How to make make sure that we are using PayPal Payments Standard?

Need to see screenshots of each of your rules and an example of your checkout with a matching rule that isn't getting triggered.

So you need to double check that your tax rules in the PayPal account profile are configured properly, and then also show that you are entering a matching postal code during checkout that should trigger this tax rule.

Also, make sure the button integration is not including any tax parameters in it directly because that would override anything in the profile.
