If someone can show some light on the issue that I am facing with the checkout PayPal page.
I have a website and in the checkout process if the user tries to pay through paypal they are getting an optional signup option for Website users and if they are trying to pay through Mobile they are getting a mandatory sign up for PayPal.
Can someone help me out on how to make it optional for the mobile payments also?
