So i have 2 paypals 1 in my name 1 in my gfs name ive been using my gf for years but when We separated i made mine which was recently i added my savings account and decided to activate my card i answered the questions correctly but it failed and told me to call paypal well no one ever answers the line so i said ok ill use the savings account until i could get the card activated i made a transaction went through fine went to buy a game failed called the bank they told me it was paypal i open a chat and spoke to 5 people who told me it was just the 1 purchase that wouldnt go through so i went to walmart .com failed and the paypal site failed my microsoft store failed what the hecks going on am i alone with these issues
