Hello, i recently started selling my unwanted shoes on grailed.com. ive sold more then 4 pairs and have feedback on all shoes sold, but on one recent transaction the shoes have been delivered, the customer input feedback and that they were delivered but on paypals website it shows that they havent been delivered, i put the shipping info and all into paypal. i dont know who to contact to help and need the money asap. please help, and thank you
