How to get or create an API Username, API Password, and an API Signature without an expiration date?

Can you please follow below steps to access/create your API credentials.
Login PayPal.com >> click "settings" icon >> Account settings >> Account access >> "API access" >> Manage API credentials >> Renew certificate.
(Or)
Login PayPal.com >> Go to "https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/credentials/apiaccess" >> follow above steps.
