I created my PayPal account in December 2017 to be able to specifically receive a fee that a person would have to pay me.
However, to this day, 9 months later, my money is still locked in the account. I can not pay anything, give back to whoever sent me, transfer to my bank, absolutely nothing. In my page are related some pending: 1) Upload a photo ID and 2) Provide proof of your address. I have already taken steps to resolve this, but nothing has changed. I would like to be able to exchange emails with a person (a human) from paypal to explain this situation and see if it can solve my problem. The emails I send through the site are always answered with automatic responses that do not solve anything. Thank you immensely for some help.
