My Customers are unable to process the payment

Greeting everyone, I am from Maldives, I recently owned a shopify store, I had integrated Papal Express checkout, but it seems like customers could not proceed the payment as it is suppose to be, 

I would like to get help from the Community and Paypal Help Center and it shows error message.

Maldives PayPal accounts are only able to send payments they can't receive.

Here’s one way to see if what options are available in your country or region:

1. Go to www.paypal.com
2. Click the Flag icon at the bottom of the page.
3. Locate your country name and click on the corresponding flag.
