My Money has now been on hold for 12 days although the parcel was actually delivered 10 days ago (tracking info all added in Paypal), i have spoken to the Paypal computer but get no help , tried to ring and no answer , i need this money as a matter of urgency and Paypal as usual are just taking the **bleep** and gaining interest off MY money
