Missing refund

I have had an email to say that the return has been credited to my account. Now its been 2 days since I had the email, and no payment has turned up. I have messaged PayPal almost 24hours ago and have had no reply at all. Any idea how I can contact them. I have tried the fone number but don't seem to have credit for it. I am screaming in frustration.

Unfortunately, we don't have account level access to release/issue refund.
