Missing custom and invoice record on capture data

Hi,
I have an application that integrates the PayPal Express Payment, while requesting the payment application sends 2 additional parameters (custom and invoice_id) along with the order. PayPal store these data and complete the payment.
After the completion of the payment, it used to capture these fields along with other information on the records such as details of the payer and IPN_TRACK_ID etc.
But recently, I have been experience that Paypal doesn't returns these 2 fields data, but it returns everything else.
Could anyone please suggest me if there is anything I have miss configured, need to change. Appreciated.
