Missing IPN callbacks

I received one.
Then silence.
This is on the sandbox.
I'm making the same order each time, with no fields to differentiate it from the previous one. Could this be the problem?
In general - how long should I expect for the first IPN request?
Thanks

..
As far as I can see my form was correct. I've reuled out the issue being duplicated order data.
The payment was registered in the sandbox merchant's account.
I know it could work because, as I say, I received one.
I'm not at this stage trying to test that my IPN 'listener' is working. I'm just looking in the logs to see if it is called.
It is quite tricky to develop if the IPNs are not reasonably reliable.
Is there any way to see if PayPal thinks an IPN has been sent? For example in the merchant's account?
Failing that who/how do I get technical support for something like this?
Thanks

Basically this has stopped my project.
Without the IPN callbacks on the sandbox I can't test my script...
I've tried raising a ticket on the support site <snip> but silence there too
Even an idea of what I can expect from the IPN system would help a bit.

@Kroptokin - Can you post the ticket number please you submitted and also the sandbox transaction ID. Gnerally the IPN should be within seconds of a transaction, but I can check on my side to see what happened to it.

Thanks Ciaran
I'm receiving the IPNs now - regularily.
I've therefore marked support case 170216-000342 resolved.
I'm not sure why I wasn't getting them yesterday. My script may have produced 500s but even so I would expect to see it called. The only explanation that occurs to me is that because of the 500s it gave up trying for several hours
Anyway. All good now.
