Migrating from another membership plugin and PayPal subscriptions

I have a website which currently uses a WordPress plugin called WP eMembers to manage its members and it's PayPal subscriptions. I want to migrate to a new WordPress plugin called Ulitmate Membership Pro. What will happen to the existing PayPal subscriptions which the WP eMembers plugin has set up? Will they remain if I uninstall the original WP eMembers plugin and the payments continue to be collected?

PayPal subscriptions will be active untill and unless customer/user or merchant cancel the profile.
