Merchant payment to credit card versus bank account?

I have a pixieset website with the PayPal business API integration. For every sale transaction to print vendors, my bank account gets charged for cost of good sold but sale total credited to my business account. How can I change the third party cost of good sold to go to my Paypal business credit card? They said it's done via PayPal.

Regarding account setup inquiries, please contact our PayPal Customer service via link -  https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone) who should be able to help you regarding the request.

They will be able to assist you further as they are specially trained to address this type of account inquiry.
