Hello, upon a customers singing up to our services on a website the merchant description they are presented with is wrong
The word "exemplo" shows in these three instances
- during the checkout process when customer is taken to Paypal below our business name is says Merchent description then you see "exemplo"
- when we login into our account to see the transaction below "Merchant Details " and "Description" it says "exemplo"
- upon logging into disputes to resolution centre and through the payment to dispute again you see under the field "memo" the term "exemplo"
we don't know how this word has got there but its wrong and we need to update it. The thing is we cant see any field within the dashboard that has "exemplo" in it
Any suggestion on how to remove / update this please?
