I am about to send the link for a client to sign up to a subscription plan but need to know once she has done so, when will the first payment be deducted? As she said the funds will be available to be withdrawn from her account on a thursday. When she signs up does this mean it will be taken out that same day? Also, if someone misses a payment in their plan, how do you update the number of cycles that is remaining as this same person paid 2 x $300 payments that she had missed directly into my account, leaving 4 weekly payments of her total plan. It was originally set at 12, said 6 had been completed (but technically 8 as 2 were external payments I collected) but wouldn't let me change it to 4 left - is there a way around this other than creating a whole new plan for her (which I have ended up doing...)
