I need help integrating payment options in my website.

I want my clients to be able to pay with credit card on a product page.

Have you already integrated PayPal? If case that you haven't, since you are using an eCommerce/shopping cart; all you need from us, it's your API credentials:

How to retrieve them?

If you want to add PayPal to your website you can choose from different solutions like Payment Standards (the classic html buttons) and ExpressCheckout, a little bit more advanced solution that requires some integration steps. Both solutions accept PayPal account payments and can give the option to accept card payments (where available). You should check an available module to enable/install in your eCommerce and just configure it (ask directly to your eCommerce provider how to configure it as it is  customized).

I need help since I am not using an eCommerce system. I want to implement a payment method or even use paypal'e eCommerce, but I don't know how to.

I see,

The easiest way to create a button is to use our tool within your account: (Login to your PayPal Business account) https://www.paypal.com/it/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_button-management

or you could create the buttons manually (HTML buttons): https://developer.paypal.com/docs/paypal-payments-standard/integration-guide/html-example-buy-now/

Then add the code (copy and paste) to your Website.

However, if you wish more complicated solutions, I would recommend you to contact your developer or person handling the integration. Also, if you wish to use an eCommerce (which would be easier to set up), I would also recommend you to contact their technical support directly.
