Link from Facebook to Donate button on website

When a user on our Facebook page clicks the website link and goes to the website the Paypal donate button gives a "Page Not Found" message.  If they go directly to the webisite the link works fine.  This appears to be only Apple product users.. iPhone or iPad.

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

This should be an issue with the "Donate button Link/URL" which is passed to PayPal system.

I would suggest to please cross check your donate button Link/URL or try creating a correct donation link by following the below steps:

Login PayPal.com >> click on "All tools" >> Integrate PayPal >> PayPal buttons >> select your button type "Donate"  >> go through all steps >> Customize accordingly and create a Donate Link,  please use this URL on your website with the help of your website developer. 

(Or)

Login PayPal.com >> go to direct link "https://www.paypal.com/buttons/" >> follow the above steps

If your still facing any issues, please create a MTS ticket via -  https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with the detail information and error details.
