Limit

Certified personal Paypal account registered in 2018. I can't transfer money from my account to my attached credit card because it exceeds the annual limit. I asked for the limit to be canceled or raised, via chat, phone and email. I don’t even get an answer and so I don’t have access to my money. Please S.O.S.HELP ME. Thanks
