Any ideas how to over come this??
At first i decided to buy for son, then decided to change mind to cancel, but then agreed to have it not knowing item faulty. no signal from hdmi showing on seperate touch screen ordered, nothing showing on any of my hdmi devices but only kano led ligh up on power but no signal of kano effect on screen as msg comes on no signal available or similar.
I tried my old pi on hdmi and touch screen, no display and no msg either but which used to show various colour across 1 years ago and no joy.
Most of kano i noticed being preowned/open not used but didnt realize it would cause me trouble with one from usa.
what do i do??
65 dollers in total for item and courier services of international global shipping, i cant trust any more after bad experience from courier pitney bowes..
im new on here so not sure which dept i should address to inc community
