Issues with WooCommerce Transact

I'm recently bought the Ecommerce Buisness "Slim Vape Pen". It's an Wordpress/woocommerce storefront, and have been having issues receiving payments through paypal. 

I have the primary email for this account listed as the receiver, but have another email linked to this account (support@*****) as the "paypal" email. The IPN should be linked to the former. 


It gets put on hold, saying:
" Validation error: PayPal IPN response from a different email address (support@*****) . Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold."


However when i put an order in myself it goes through without an issue which is what confuses me. 

I wanted to know if you guys had any insight on this and whether it was possible to process these.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
