Issue with PayPal Payments Pro

I have a PayPal Business Account, and a website configured to receive payments with PayPal Payments Pro (configured with PayPal API username, password and signature)

Payment attempts on the website result with the following error: “This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.”

We will highly appreciate any helps to solve this issue.

Thanks for contacting PayPal,

 

Please keep in mind that PayPal PRO is only available for some countries (UK, US, Canada) and you would need to upgrade your account from Business to PRO.

 

If you are from one of these countries and have already upgraded your account to PRO, please contact us directly:

If you are from another country, I would recommend you to change the module of your shopping cart/eCommerce and proceed to use their Standard PayPal module.
