Hi. Im selling an account, and the guy told me that he sent the money, i didnt get it, but there was an email in my spam folder. Can anyone check if this is real or not?

No, and if there are no funds in your paypal balance then you have not been paid.

Watch out for the 'invoice scam' and also be aware that you have no paypal seller protection for virtual / digital items.
