Is there a way to checkout without international credit card in SouthKorea's website?

I'd like to implement Paypal into our website in South Korea.

However, South Korea does not allow using paypal with domestic credit card.

They only allow international credit card which is issued out of South Korea.

I'd like to test and deploy Paypal checkout into our website but I have no international credit card.

Is there a way to checkout without international credit card?
