Protection for money sent
As a customer, if I send with "buyer Protection" will this ensure a return of my money if something goes wrong? Thereseems to be no distinction between merchants and private customers.

If you are a personal or business account holder that is purchasing goods or services then the buyer protection policy is applicable to both.
Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > buyer protection.
Advice is voluntary.
