IPN problem after changing server

Hi there,
We recently moved our site (secured by an SSL certificate) from one server to another, which meant that the IP address changed. We have IPN enabled on our account, set to point to an url as follows: https://www.scoop-database.com/paypalNotify.php. Everything has been working correctly for years but, after the server change, IPN notifications stopped coming through.
So I made a few debugging tests and eventually realised that the Paypal notifications are still being posted to the OLD server so I can only think that, with this site running under https, Paypal has cached the IP address of the old version site and doesn't bother to see whether it's changed between IPN posts.
Anyone have any ideas on how we can force Paypal to update the IP address?
