IPN not working for one account but working for another

My app is used by several companies at the same time, and I use _xclick to transfer to PayPal. Each transfer has the same Retun URL, the same Cancel URL and the same IPN URL, with a custom field to identify the particular company, customer etc

I get the IPN messages for one company and not for another.

Is there something about different types of PayPal account that could casue this?

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with IPNs for one of your companies. You will find more information on setting up IPNs correctly here https://developer.paypal.com/docs/notifications/?mark=ipn#ipn . If you are unable to resolve this issue yourself you will also find the option to open a ticket to the team in charge, on that page.
