I have a problem with IPN issue, the payment in my WordPress is pending, there is no message from IPN, the fund is stuck on my website not moving to PayPal account.?! the developer told me to do some steps to be everything ok with IPN
I need someone who can tell me step by step what should I do to resolve this problem can anyone help me?
