I was testing my own store, why i still didnt receive anything in my paypal?

I use Instant payment notifications and I receive something like this after buying in my own store (I was buying without login into my paypal account, just inputing my CC number)

few minutes later I was contacted by my bank and i said yes, bill me, and tell them I was testing my website. until now I haven't receive anything in my paypal account.
