I am trying to set up two buttons and a shopping cart

I have set up two shopping cart buttons and a view cart button on my website.  I don't know coding, so I'm selecting the code and pasting it into the page.  When I click on it, it goes to this

and the page is blank.

I called payal, they say the code is correct, problem with godaddy the host.  Godaddy can't help with code.  

Probably something very simple.  I've made single buttons before and they work fine.

The problem isn't with GoDaddy because the same thing is happening when I try your page code from my own local server.

Looking at the code it seems you have a bunch of form tags in here sort of embedded within each other. I think you need to clean up your page forms / buttons. My code editor (PHPStorm) is highlighting about 5 different closing form tags, for example, that it can't find matching opening tags for.

I fixed it by placing on a page ONLY the paypal buttons and nothing else.  Then it works.  I'll put entry instructions on one page and link to the second page that only has the paypal buttons.
