I HAVE ISSUE WITH MY WEBSITE PAYMENTS

Hello,

I have a new store selling quality pets products, i connect my store with paypal integration to let customer pay with paypal and their credit card and master card, i got an order , someone pay with credit card, but the money doesn't appear in my account.

Is there something wrong with the integration? Kindly if anyone had this issue before let me know what you did to solve this issue...

Third party platforms eCommerce develops their own plugins/modules.

 

Please contact the support of eCommercewho should be able to help you regarding the plugins/modules setup.

 

If you have integrated "Advanced credit and debit card payments" on the website (built via third party eCommerce), please follow below steps.

Test and go live. Before you go live:

  1. Log into the PayPal Developer Dashboard with your PayPal business account.
  2. Complete production oboarding so you can process cards with your live PayPal business account.
  3. Request Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments for your business account to accept card payments on your website.

Also, please process a test payment via card which is not linked to your PayPal account, since merchants can't perform self payments. 

 

If your still facing any issues, please create a MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US  with the detail information and error details.
