Hello,
I need to turn on Apple Pay in the existing business account. On the site (www.interflora.ee) Paypal standard integration for Pay by Paypal and Credit Card options are working. For Apple Pay, the documentation suggests the next path:
Direct merchants can use the PayPal Developer Dashboard to set up their sandbox accounts to accept Apple Pay.
- Log into the PayPal Developer Dashboard and go to your sandbox account.
- Go to My Apps & Credentials.
- Make sure you are in the PayPal sandbox environment by selecting Sandbox at the top.
- Select your app, or create an app.
- Scroll down to Features and check if Apple Pay is enabled. If Apple Pay isn’t enabled, select the Apple Pay checkbox and select the "Save" link to enable Apple Pay.
The problem is that in the existing account, there are no such checkboxes like Apple Pay (nor Sandbox or Live):

I have the same problem, I can not activate Apple Pay in my sandbox app. Any solution to this?

Good day @Jaak69,
Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.
Apple Pay is only supported for the US region.
We have a guide on how to integrate Apple Pay. This guide can be found at the following URL: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/apm/apple-pay/
If you have created a sandbox business account through sandbox.paypal.com and find that the Apple Pay status for the account is disabled, I recommend completing the sandbox onboarding steps to enable Apple Pay. This will allow you to test your Apple Pay integration using the sandbox environment.
Once you are ready to go live, I suggest completing the production onboarding process. This will enable you to process Apple Pay payments with your live PayPal account. You can find detailed information on how to complete the production onboarding at the following URL: https://www.paypal.com/signin?returnUri=https://paypal.com/bizsignup/add-product?product=no_intent&c....
To go live please refer to the following link - https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/apm/apple-pay/#link-golive
If you are still facing issues, please create an MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with the detailed information and error details.
Sincerely,
Vaishnavi
