I don't know if this query is in the correct category or not. There is no category for PayPal Cart Reminders.
I am getting daily reminders from PayPal asking me to complete a purchase. I did not create an account on the website I started the order on, so when I contacted the website about canceling the order I had started, they could not find the order. When I return to the vendor's website to check my cart using the link on the email I receive, the cart is empty.
I don't want the item, and the order was not completed, yet I am still getting an email every day for the past week asking me to complete my order. I don't want to take a chance on this order being finalized at some future date.
IMO, there should be a way to manage these reminders from within my PayPal account. Does anyone know how to manage these reminders?
