How to register a new phone number in the profile if the old phone number is blocked. Therefore, when creating a new phone record in my profile, I cannot receive a message from Pay Pal (to confirm my old number) to the old phone number. All Pay Pal telephone lines were disconnected due to reports of company problems (existing on March 26, 2020) related to the use of the telephone communication method.

I had the same problem!! I had to call and talk to a customer service representative and have them remove my old number from my account. Hope this helps!!!
