How to do Parallel or Chained payments?

Looking for help!

We have an eCommerce store that is on WooCommerce + Wordpress. Since Adaptive Payments are not available anymore, how can we apply parallel or chained payments? As we like to have automatically split the payment received from the customer into two store owners with 60%-40% division.

 No response at all from Paypal... They used to be top-notch on support - now seems like beyond the opposite...

Thanks @marcaguilar , wanted to compare against Stripe connect. Was evaluating Paypal for the same purpose looks like there is not much help out there. 

Heard from Paypal technical support team to try Paypal commerce , have to check it out. Thanks again!
