How do I change my personal account to a business account and make my business name appear in all my transactions? Also, I intend to integrate this my business account into my e-commerce site.

Sorry, Nigeria PayPal accounts cannot receive payments at all. Only for shopping online or sending money for goods and services. You'll need to find another way of processing payments. Do a web search for "nigeria payment processors" for other options.
