How to Whitelist the return URL - Seller Onboarding

Hi,

I'm working on Merchant Onboarding for sellers, using the connected Path URL method,

Somewhere it says 

Send your PayPal account manager the return URL passed in returnToPartnerUrl. to whitelist your URL and return your sellers to your site.

But I have searched every in the PayPal account manager, but I couldn't find it.

I'd appreciate any guidance.

We are trying to implement Paypal commerce solution but we need to get our return url whitelisted by account manager. 

We don't know who is our account manager. Has anyone managed to do this?
