How to Deal with Account Limitation Without Having to Call the Helpdesk

Hi friends, My account was limited apparantly due to linking up the account with Mpesa services(mobile banking services). Though I have not concretely establish if the linking up and transferring money to my mobile account is the problem. I have tried to look for an email or forum where I can contact the administrator though but I have not found any. I use the account to make withdrawal from an online firm where I work to my mobile bank. Just after the first two withdrawals I have been banned for 180 days. kindly help me find away of contacting the admin without have to necessarily call them. Thanks in advance.
