How do I set up to sell a service not products from WooCommerce?

Hello,

We use WordPress / WooCommerce to sell our service.

We've been told by PayPal that we need to set up the connection between WooCommerce and PayPal as a company that sells a service and not products so our money isn't held for a long period.

Where in the settings does it let you specify what kind of company you have?
