How do I create a Wikipedia Monthly Donation like payment gateway?

Hi

I'm looking to setup a monthly donation like feature with my paypal.

 

The feature is availabe with Wikipedia donation. <removed>

 

I created my own donate button and used them on the site, but it looks like this: <removed>

 

How do I setup that payment gateway like Wikipedia does please?
