How are subscription automatic payments enabled?

I would like to be able to have PayPal as a payment option for monthly automatic subscription payments on InfusionSoft.   I'm not sure how to do this but I think I need to start by enabling a setting on the PayPal side.

Hi Concrefo, did you ever get this resolved?

 

I can't seem to connect my PP account either.
